1. Digital Product Notice
The PEB Optimization Tool for STAAD is a digital software product. There is no physical shipment, no courier, and no postal delivery. Everything is delivered electronically by email.
2. Delivery Method
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email at the address you provided during purchase. The email contains:
- Your unique license key, valid for the term of your subscription.
- A download link to the application package (a small ZIP file, typically under 1 MB).
- Brief installation and activation instructions.
- Your purchase reference and Razorpay payment ID for your records.
3. Delivery Timeline
Most deliveries reach the customer’s inbox within 2 hours of successful payment. License keys are issued manually after each verified purchase, so deliveries during Indian working hours (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday) tend to arrive faster than off-hours purchases.
In the rare case that we are unable to issue your license within 2 hours, we will reach out to you directly at the contact details you provided.
4. Order Confirmation
Immediately after a successful payment, you will see a confirmation page on the website with your order summary, payment ID, and the email address where the license will be sent. Please save this page or take a screenshot for your records until the license email arrives.
5. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you have not received the license email within 4 hours of payment, please:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
- Search for emails from the address from which our license confirmations are sent.
- If still not found, contact us at hello@peboptimization.com with your Razorpay payment ID (it begins with
pay_) so we can re-issue and re-send.
We do not consider a payment complete — for refund purposes — until the license has been delivered to you. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver, you will be entitled to a full refund without applying the standard 3-day window.
6. Re-Delivery
If you lose access to the original delivery email (mailbox change, accidental deletion, etc.), we are happy to re-send your license details. Email hello@peboptimization.com from the address you used at purchase.
7. International Customers
Because the product is delivered electronically, there are no shipping fees, customs duties, or international delivery delays. Customers anywhere in the world receive the product through the same email channel.
8. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship physical media (CDs, USB drives, printed manuals). All product materials, documentation, and updates are made available electronically.
